2. What data and why
- Quote requests and contact: name, email, phone, company name and number, your message and the service chosen. To answer your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Quote, payment and invoice: billing details, amounts, payment status and method. To perform the contract and meet our accounting and tax duties (art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). When you pay we also record the moment you accepted the general terms, as evidence (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Partner programme: name, email, channel and profile, audience size, your partner code, commissions earned and, for payouts, your bank account (IBAN) and VAT number if any (art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- Partner links: we count, per partner per day, how often a link was used. Nothing about the visitor is stored. A partner code you arrive with is remembered in your browser to apply the discount.
- Cookies: see the cookie notice on the website; non-essential cookies are only set with your consent.
3. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We use these processors, acting only on our instructions:
- Mollie B.V. (Netherlands): online payments;
- Billit NV (Belgium): invoicing, delivery by email or Peppol;
- Netlify (US): website and form hosting;
- Neon (US, servers in the EU): the client zone database;
- Resend (US, sending from the EU): client zone emails;
- Microsoft 365: our mailbox;
- our accountant, and authorities where the law requires it.
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
4. Retention
Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal duty). Quote requests that do not lead to an order: up to 2 years after the last contact. Partner data: while you are a partner, then as long as the accounting duty for paid commissions runs.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to info@drpbuildlab.com; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).
6. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version. If the Dutch and English texts differ, the Dutch prevails.
